Job Summary: We are seeking a Dispatch Assistant to support daily logistics operations, with a focus on organization and responsibility, for the delivery and coordination of merchandise. Our extensive industry experience is backed by the recognition of our partners and customers. Therefore, we seek to onboard a Dispatch Assistant to join us during this operational phase, contributing through organizational skills, responsibility, and daily logistical support. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Preferably completed a course related to Logistics or Warehouse Management. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in delivery, dispatch, or warehouse roles. * Ability to resolve issues arising during deliveries. * Good service attitude and friendly interaction with customers. * Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment to work. * Ability to work under supervision and follow established procedures. **Responsibilities:** * Deliver merchandise according to assigned schedules. * Take photos of the delivery note, invoice, and delivered merchandise as evidence. * Obtain the customer’s signature of acceptance upon delivery. * Coordinate with the customer for receipt of merchandise at the delivery location. * Promptly report incidents, observations, or issues to the Dispatch Coordinator. * Coordinate with sales representatives and relevant departments to ensure successful deliveries. **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration from day one — general regime (full benefits) * Competitive market-aligned salary * Professional development and career progression * Excellent working environment Salary: Starting from S/.1,300.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
