Job Summary: We are seeking a Development Specialist to lead the design and development of scalable software architectures and ensure the quality of technological solutions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the design and development of scalable software architectures. 2. Design and implement web and mobile applications. 3. Lead and provide technical guidance to the development team. We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of **Development Specialist.** ***Responsibilities:*** * Lead the design and development of scalable, service-oriented software architectures using backend technologies such as Java (Spring Boot, Quarkus), Python, and C# (.NET). * Design, develop, and implement web and mobile applications for various organizational departments. * Define technical standards, best practices, and development guidelines for frontend applications using React and Angular, ensuring efficient user experience. * Ensure proper application of design patterns, SOLID principles, Clean Architecture, and Hexagonal Architecture in technological solution development. * Supervise the full software development lifecycle—from technical analysis and design through implementation, testing, and deployment. * Act as a liaison between the technical team and business units, translating functional requirements into viable technological solutions. * Lead and provide technical mentorship to the development team, promoting continuous improvement, code quality, and sound development practices. * Manage the implementation of APIs, microservices, and container-based and cloud-based solutions. * Ensure appropriate use of version control tools, continuous integration, and continuous deployment (CI/CD). ***Requirements:*** * Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Technology, or related fields. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in web application development. * Proficiency in Java, C#/.NET, or Python. * Experience with React or Angular. * Database management skills (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or MongoDB). * Knowledge of microservices, REST APIs, Git, and CI/CD. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. **Join our team!** Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.2\.00 per month Application question(s): \* How many years of experience do you have in web application development? \* Which programming languages have you primarily worked with (Java, Python, or others)? \* Do you have experience developing REST APIs or working with microservice architecture? * What is your salary expectation?
