Job Summary: Provide optimal support in warehouse and supply operations, ensuring inventory control, compliance with procedures, and order traceability. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure effective scheduling of orders and transportation. 2. Manage on-route issues and communicate with customers. 3. Maintain loading zones and control dispatches. **Job Mission:** Provide timely, consistent, and optimal support to various warehouse and supply departments, ensuring control over goods dispatched and pending delivery to customers, and guaranteeing compliance with procedures. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure effective scheduling of orders and transportation. * Minimize transportation costs resulting from delivery errors. * Ensure communication regarding issues arising during customer deliveries. * Appropriately manage problems occurring along transportation routes. * Maintain the loading zone free of merchandise after dispatches. * Ensure order traceability from handover to transport until delivery to the customer or return to the warehouse. * Ensure that Return Notes and Credit Notes for returned goods are issued within 24 hours following deliveries. * Ensure freight service settlements by suppliers are completed within no more than 24 hours. * Ensure that carriers sign their Dispatch Control upon dispatch at the docks. * Generate KPIs related to distribution. * Perform other duties assigned by the direct supervisor. **Requirements:** * Technical or university graduate in Industrial Engineering, Administration, or Logistics. * Minimum of 2 years’ verifiable experience in similar positions. **Competencies:** * Proactive\-Problem Solving * Responsible * Dynamic * Organized\-Communication * Intermediate Excel knowledge * Intermediate knowledge of distribution, ERP systems, and applications. **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary * Full payroll under the General Regime from day one * Social benefits: CTS (Compensatory Time Savings), vacation, bonus, and profit-sharing Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800\.00 \- S/.2,100\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
