Deliver to wholesale customers with professional and courteous service. **DISTRIBUTION ASSISTANT** **Job Objective:** Support loading, unloading, delivery, and distribution activities for premium products—including imported meats and salmon—ensuring proper and safe handling of high-value perishable goods. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist the driver on distribution routes for premium products such as imported meats and salmon. * Load and unload goods in larger-volume or heavier packaging, ensuring correct handling. * Verify orders against delivery documents. * Maintain the cold chain and optimal conditions for preserving perishable products. * Deliver to wholesale customers or specialty stores with professional and courteous service. * Assist in cleaning and maintaining the delivery vehicle. * Report any logistical or safety incidents. * Comply with food safety standards, hygiene requirements, and internal protocols. **Candidate Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed secondary education (preferred). * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months in similar roles (desirable). * **Availability:** Flexible schedules, extended shifts, and work in cold environments. **Competencies and Skills:** * Responsibility and commitment * Teamwork * Positive attitude and customer interaction * Punctuality * Basic knowledge of handling perishable products and cold chain management (desirable) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to S/.1,200.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
