Customer service at delivery points Main Responsibilities * **Driving:** Operate the vehicle responsibly, complying with all traffic laws and safety regulations. * **Logistics and Routing:** Plan the most efficient route to ensure timely deliveries, considering factors such as traffic. * **Loading and Unloading:** Safely load and unload products, either independently or with assistance, ensuring cargo is properly secured. * **Vehicle Maintenance:** Keep the vehicle clean and in good condition, performing basic inspections of fluids, tires, and brakes, and reporting any mechanical issues. * **Documentation:** Manage and control all documentation required for deliveries, such as waybills, invoices, and receipts, and complete the corresponding records. * **Customer Service:** Interact with customers at delivery points, ensuring quality service and appropriately representing the company. * **Incident Management:** Report any issues or delays to the supervisor and calmly handle unexpected situations, such as traffic jams.
