Job stability. **APPLY WITH YOUR CV – NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED** **JOB OPENING – OPERATIONAL DRIVER WITH A1 LICENSE** At VIPS PERU, we are looking for an Operational Driver with A1 license who is committed, responsible, and available to join our team immediately. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Drive the mobile unit to safely transport personnel, equipment, and work materials. * Provide operational support during the execution of pest control and environmental sanitation services. * Comply with safety protocols and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Accurately complete basic service forms, such as reports, service orders, and minutes. **BENEFITS AND EMPLOYMENT TERMS** * Formal employment registration with corresponding benefits at 50%: * 15 days of vacation * 50% bonus (gratification) * 50% CTS (Compensatory Time Savings) * Performance-based bonuses * Bi-weekly and timely payments * SCTR insurance * Regular certified trainings * Positive work environment * Job stability **SHIFT OPTIONS** **Shift 1** * Monday to Saturday, approximately 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. \+ overtime **Shift 2** * Monday to Saturday, approximately 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. \+ overtime **REQUIREMENTS** * At least 18 years old with valid national ID (DNI). * Valid A1 driver’s license. * Experience driving mechanical vehicles. * Completed secondary education. * Immediate availability. * No police, criminal, or judicial records. **COMPETENCIES** · Punctuality · Responsibility · Honesty · Teamwork · Proactivity and ability to work under pressure Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200\.00 \- S/.1,400\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
