Results-oriented service management **COMSERTRAN S.A.C.**, a company providing electrical maintenance, instrumentation, and electromechanical services, is seeking a distinguished professional for the following specialty: **Electrical Supervisor for plant shutdown at HUDBAY Mining Unit:** **Requirements:** * Licensed professional in Electrical Engineering or related fields. * Minimum 4 years of experience in electrical maintenance at concentrator plants within medium- and large-scale mining companies. * Demonstrated knowledge of energy source lockout/tagout procedures for plant equipment — electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic (Lockout\-Isolation and Tagging). * Demonstrated knowledge of Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management Systems based on Peruvian mining regulations. * Willingness to complete required certification courses. * Immediate availability * Residency in Arquipa, Cusco, and/or surrounding areas **Responsibilities:** * Preparation of quantity take-offs. * Service planning and resource management to meet deadlines. * Preparation of the materials list required for the service. * Preparation of start-and-completion reports and schedules (Gantt charts), management of operational protocols, and documentation of observations identified during execution of work. * Monitoring and supervision of technical personnel during work operations. * Continuous coordination and administration of electrical maintenance services to ensure equipment availability and operability, while complying with safety, occupational health, environmental, and quality standards and procedures. * Supervision of repair, assembly, installation, maintenance, and testing activities for electrical systems of control and operation units for equipment and/or machinery located inside the mine. * Execution of all assigned tasks during shifts via work orders. * Request of all necessary components, spare parts, materials, and tools for required electrical work to ensure quality outcomes. * Oversight of proper use and handling of assigned equipment, machinery, and/or tools, reporting any anomalies encountered during work performance. * Development of the electrical and light equipment maintenance program. * Supervision and control of progress for scheduled area works. * Execution of electrical installations inside the mine. * Training of personnel on maintenance and mining safety topics. * Maintenance of positive team relationships and periodic performance evaluation and rating of personnel. * Execution of other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor within the scope of responsibilities. **Competencies:** \- Leadership \- Team development \- Organization and planning \- Results orientation Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.300\.00 per day Work location: On-site employment
