Coordination to expedite administrative and technical procedures **Description:** At Industrias del Cobre y Zinc S.A.C., we are looking for an Environmental Engineering Intern eager to learn, contribute ideas, and develop within a dynamic and highly technical environment. Provide support in environmental management of our operations, contributing to compliance with standards and best practices in the mining sector. **Main Responsibilities** * Support monitoring and control of environmental parameters. * Participate in the preparation of technical environmental reports. * Collaborate in the implementation of environmental management plans. * Support internal audits and regulatory compliance. * Coordinate with various institutions to ensure sound environmental practices. * Manage and track the acquisition of environmental and sectoral permits from entities such as MINAM, OEFA, ANA, and regional governments for the installation of the processing plant. * Support the preparation, review, and submission of environmental management instruments (DIA, EIA, ITS, among others). * Coordinate with consulting firms, authorities, and internal departments to expedite administrative and technical procedures related to licenses and authorizations. * Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining an updated matrix of the project’s environmental obligations. * Provide support in collecting technical and environmental baseline information required to substantiate submissions to competent authorities. * Support document management and file control, ensuring traceability and response times in the permit approval processes. **Requirements** * Final-year student or graduate in Environmental Engineering or related fields. * Interest in the mining sector and sustainability. * Basic knowledge of environmental regulations. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Proactivity, responsibility, and ability to work effectively in teams. **We Offer** * Market-competitive remuneration * First three months under RXH arrangement; thereafter, formal payroll registration with statutory benefits, per applicable labor regime * Job stability * Positive working environment **Working Hours** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Residence: Districts near Chorrillos (preferred) Job Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
