If you wish to gain diverse practical experience in facility management, we welcome you to join our team! **Key responsibilities of our new colleague** * Independently inspect the execution of all technical, maintenance, repair, cleaning, and other related tasks concerning facilities, buildings, structures, and real estate under their operational responsibility, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, internal instructions, and contractual provisions (including annexes) governing such activities. * Organize, supervise, inspect, and verify the following: a) Cleaning services, snow and slipperiness removal, placement and replenishment of hygiene supplies, and entrance mat installation — as stipulated in the relevant contracts; b) Performance of public waste collection services for solid and liquid waste; c) Execution of activities related to removal of illegally placed waste; d) Deployment and contractually specified maintenance of mobile toilets; e) Pest and rodent control services; f) Maintenance of green areas performed by subcontractors (mowing, brush clearing, tree felling, and other horticultural tasks); g) Tasks assigned to participants in public employment programs (mowing, shrub trimming, waste collection); h) Inspection duties related to advertising board contracts concluded by the Communications Directorate. * Ensure compliance with general fire safety regulations applicable to the building (i.e., non-activity-specific Fire Safety Regulations), enforce such compliance, and inspect the presence of fire safety equipment; report any non-compliance to the fire safety specialist. **Requirements for this position** * Secondary vocational education (e.g., building services technician, mechanical technician, civil engineering technician, or geotechnical engineering technician) — with a high school diploma; OR * Secondary education — with a high school diploma and mid-level vocational qualification (e.g., property manager, facility manager, condominium manager). **Key attributes we value** * Professionalism * Reliability * Organizational skills * Teamwork ability * Strong written and verbal communication skills **Preferred qualifications (advantageous)** * Category B driver’s license for public roads **What we offer** Our benefits package includes: * SZÉP Card benefit of HUF 400,000/year * Loyalty bonus at year-end (in accordance with current internal regulations) * Voluntary pension fund contribution equivalent to 4% of monthly gross base salary * Monthly net voluntary health fund membership contribution of HUF 7,000 The above benefits are paid proportionally based on the number of working days completed during the calendar year.
