We are currently seeking a **Field Supervisor**, who will be responsible for supervising preventive and corrective maintenance activities on telecommunications towers, coordinating the field technical team, and ensuring compliance with technical procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations during project execution. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities on telecommunications towers (guyed, self-supporting, or monopole). * Verify proper execution of technical procedures, as well as appropriate use of materials, equipment, and tools. * Supervise all maintenance phases: inspection, corrective work execution, preventive maintenance, and service delivery. * Coordinate and lead the field technical team, ensuring completion of scheduled activities. * Provide daily reports to the client and immediate supervisor regarding weekly planning, progress, and project status. * Prepare daily and weekly reports, including photographic progress and activity closure reports. * Supervise compliance with safety regulations and established procedures during field activities. **Essential Requirements** * Licensed and registered engineer in Telecommunications or Electronics. * Minimum 3 years of experience in supervision or execution of telecommunications tower maintenance. * Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance projects. * Experience performing work at height and supervising technical teams in the field. * Experience in coordination and operational control of activities in telecommunications projects. **Skills:** * Leadership and effective communication. * Planning and organizational ability. * Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities in the field. * High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure. **Benefits:** * Participation in a specialized telecommunications project. * Integration into an experienced technical team. * Positive work environment * Timely payments Application Question(s): * Do you hold a professional degree and current registration in Telecommunications or Electronics Engineering? * Do you have at least 3 years of experience in maintenance or supervision of telecommunications towers? * Do you have experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of towers? * Do you have experience performing work at height and supervising technical teams in the field? * What are your salary expectations?
