An engineering solutions company specializing in telecommunications and technical services seeks to hire a **Finance Supervisor** to lead the organization's economic and financial management, ensuring goal achievement, process efficiency, and financial information transparency. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate all company financial operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and current regulations. * Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements, management reports, and economic forecasts. * Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial execution. * Manage supplier payments and customer collections, optimizing terms and conditions. * Supervise and lead the accounting and finance team, ensuring proper process execution. * Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring financial information transparency. * Propose improvements to financial processes to optimize efficiency and profitability. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions, preferably in telecommunications or service-sector companies. * Solid knowledge of accounting, tax, and financial regulations. * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting systems. * Leadership skills, analytical capability, and results orientation. * Immediate availability.
