We are currently seeking FTTH INSTALLERS** * **Vacancies:** 5 * **Work Location:** Lima, Callao * **Contract Type:** Specific-service contract (3 months) #### **Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed secondary education minimum. Technical training in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related fields is preferred. * **Minimum Experience:** At least 1 year of proven experience in last-mile FTTH residential installations (from NAP box to ONT). * **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in fusion splicers, precision cleavers, power meters, and visual fault locators (VFL). Connectorization, ONT configuration, routers, and set-top boxes. Experience working at heights and using mobile work-order applications. Valid certification for working at heights is preferred. * **Driver's License:** Valid Class A-I license (mandatory, with no serious traffic violations). #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform residential installations (opening NAP box, drop cable laying, conduit installation, wall plate mounting, and ONT configuration). * Conduct optical power, speed, and service stability tests. * Strictly adhere to quality, neatness, and customer satisfaction standards. * Record work-order closure in the application, attaching photographic evidence and material usage records. * Mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and compliance with field safety regulations.
