We are currently seeking an FTTH TEAM COORDINATOR** * **Vacancies:** 1 * **Work Location:** Lima, Callao * **Contract Type:** Specific-service contract (3 months) #### **Requirements:** * **Academic Qualification:** Completed technical or university studies in Telecommunications, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **Minimum Experience:** + Specific: Minimum 3 verifiable years coordinating last-mile residential FTTH installations (from NAP cabinet to ONT). + General: Minimum 2 years in telecommunications operations, crew scheduling, valuation, and settlement with operators. * **Technical Knowledge:** NAP\-ONT process (fusion, optical power measurement, ONT activation), intermediate\-advanced Excel, and order management application proficiency. Power BI or similar tools and SST knowledge are desirable. * **Driver's License:** Valid Class A\-I license (mandatory, no serious traffic violations). #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Assign daily order workload among crews based on zone, capacity, and SLA; reassign orders as needed during contingencies. * Monitor real-time progress, measure target achievement, and flag orders at risk of SLA breach. * Ensure installation quality (optical power levels, labeling, hermetic sealing, and service verification) and track recurring issues. * Validate installation closure (completion certificates, serial numbers, photos, geolocation, and material consumption). * Settle executed production (valuation, supporting documentation, and production bonus calculation). * Generate daily and weekly reports on progress, quality, settlement, and personnel management.
