Carry out physically demanding work and adapt to high-altitude geographical conditions. General miner position for Chala, with timely payments. At Minera Grupo Grande, we are looking for operational staff to join our production/development team. Your mission will be to carry out support tasks in mining operations, ensuring that the mining cycle remains uninterrupted and is conducted under the highest safety standards. **Primary Function:** Support personnel for conventional cleaning (using pickaxe, shovel, wheelbarrow) to prepare drilling faces and clean debris. **Candidate Profile** * **Experience:** Experience in mining or civil construction. * **Physical Condition:** Good health to perform physically demanding work and adapt to high-altitude geographical conditions. * **Values:** Punctuality, honesty, and full commitment to mining safety regulations. * **Availability:** Willing to work under a 20x10 schedule. **Benefits** * Salary: PEN 2400. * Productivity and attendance bonuses: PEN 100. * Transportation, accommodation, and meals covered by the company.
