




Job Summary: We are seeking a General Services Assistant to supervise the supply and quality of food and accommodation, conduct internal audits, and coordinate with suppliers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision of food and accommodation services for staff. 2. Quality management and internal audits with suppliers. 3. Coordination and compliance with health and safety regulations. We are looking for a **GENERAL SERVICES ASSISTANT** who meets the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS** * Technician, graduate, or bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * 1 or 2 years of certified experience in administrative roles within the industry and/or similar areas. * Experience in tracking documentation and managing dashboards. (DESIRABLE) * Knowledge of Agile methodologies and process improvement. (DESIRABLE) * Intermediate/Advanced Excel proficiency (MANDATORY) **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervise the provision of food and accommodation services for all staff. * Supervise and monitor suppliers of food and accommodation to ensure compliance with quality standards. * Conduct internal audits. * Review and/or prepare supplier valuations. * Timely inform staff about their assigned accommodation and meal arrangements. * Coordinate with the Social Welfare department regarding staff appreciation events. * Verify compliance with health and quality standards across various contract areas, in accordance with procedures and guidelines established by Management. * Comply with established safety regulations. **BENEFITS** * Pleasant work environment. * Competitive salary. * Career development path. * Continuous training.
