Job Summary: We are seeking a General Services Operator or technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, resolve technical faults, and carry out repairs on electrical, sanitary, and infrastructure installations. Repair of electrical and sanitary installations **We are hiring!** **General Services Operator or Technician** We are looking for a **General Services Operator or Technician** to join our team. Our clients are residential buildings and multi-family condominiums. **Requirements:** * Minimum **1 year** of experience in similar positions. **Basic knowledge in:** * Electrical systems, panels, and auxiliary equipment. * Water pumps and constant pressure systems (preferred). * Pipes (PVC, HDPE), electrofusion and thermofusion work. * Infrastructure maintenance. * Leak detection and plumbing work. * Driver's license for car/pickup truck (preferred). **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. * Resolve technical faults. * Carry out repair work on electrical and sanitary installations. * Perform general infrastructure work. Benefits: * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with one-hour lunch break. * Days off: Saturdays and Sundays. * Immediate payroll registration. * MYPE social benefits (15 days of vacation, EsSalud, 50% CTS, 50% bonuses). * Job stability. * Positive work environment.
