Problem-solving skills and proactivity Contraentrega is currently recruiting personnel for the Madre de Dios region for the position of Site Manager/Motorcycle Courier, requiring the following responsibilities and qualifications: **Responsibilities:** . Prior experience in logistics operations management, preferably within the delivery sector. . Leadership and ability to motivate teams. . Organizational and planning skills. . Familiarity with technological tools for route and fleet management. . Ability to work under pressure and during flexible hours. **Profile:** · Completed secondary education. · General knowledge of order delivery processes. · Male or female, aged 18 years or older. · Skills to effectively address problems that may arise. · Strong motivation to work. · No criminal or police records. · Minimum 6 months of work experience in the courier industry. **Competencies:** · Responsibility. · Commitment. · Proactivity. · Providing excellent customer service. **Working Hours:** · From 9:00 AM until completion of scheduled deliveries and administrative tasks. · Working days: Monday through Saturday. · Employment type: Full-time. **Requirements:** · Own motorcycle, valid documentation, driver's license, RT (Road Tax), and active SOAT (Compulsory Traffic Accident Insurance). · Mobile phone. · Valid national ID (DNI). · Updated CV. · Immediate availability. **Benefits:** · Access to performance bonuses. · Fixed salary. · Microenterprise payroll registration.
