Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning team tasks. * Ensure compliance with cleaning and hygiene standards across all areas. * Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens. * Report operational incidents and follow up on their resolution. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure an optimal guest experience. * Provide guidance, training, and feedback to the assigned team. Requirements * Proven experience in similar roles within the hospitality or club sector. * Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products. * Organizational, planning, and operational control capabilities. * Leadership and teamwork skills. * Attention to detail and quality orientation. * Availability to work rotating shifts and at La Joya.
