REQUIREMENTS:
* University graduate or technical professional in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
* Minimum 3 months of experience as an HR assistant or HR support (preferably in transportation companies).
* Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Preferably residing in Carapongo \- Lurigancho or nearby areas.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Ensure compliance with internal policies, applicable laws, norms, and regulations concerning human resource management.
* Assess departmental requests for new position creation.
* Coordinate and support personnel selection, hiring, onboarding, performance evaluation, and training processes.
* Jointly manage and evaluate, with department heads, personnel contract renewals.
* Monitor and track staff attendance and punctuality, as well as adherence to work schedules and assigned roles.
* Handle individual procedures and grievances, and provide appropriate guidance to employees.
* Organize and maintain up-to-date personnel documentation files and personnel charts, including individual employee files.
* Prepare work schedules, shift replacements, vacation plans, etc., and submit them for approval by department heads.
* Promote individual and collective employee well-being, as well as positive interpersonal relationships.
* Prepare payroll for employees.
* Apply disciplinary measures in accordance with existing laws and regulations after verification of misconduct.
* Generate reports on contract validity.
* Prepare driver rest period reports.
* Prepare employee vacation reports.
* Other duties assigned by the General Manager and/or Administration.
* Perform related and complementary tasks inherent to the position, as well as follow instructions and directives from the immediate supervisor and/or General Management.
