Job Summary: We are seeking a student to manage recruitment, selection, and evaluation of personnel, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and implementation of HR policies. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for professional development and a pleasant working environment. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Currently enrolled in the 8th semester of Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, or Industrial Engineering. \- Experience in recruitment and selection (Preferred). \- Knowledge of HR-related topics (Desired). \- Immediate availability; work location: Los Olivos. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Manage the recruitment, selection, and evaluation process for personnel. \- Prepare job descriptions for personnel. \- Provide necessary information to ensure compliance with all applicable labor regulations currently in force for the company, whether established, documented, or implemented (e.g., Internal Regulations, Health and Safety Standards, etc.). \- Implement and disseminate HR policies and procedures. \- Carry out other instructions from the immediate supervisor. **SKILLS** * Organizational and planning ability. * Strong sense of responsibility. * Mental agility. **BENEFITS** * Opportunity for professional career path. * Internship certification. * Pleasant working environment. * Working hours: In-person (Monday to Saturday), 08:00 AM \- 5:00 PM.
