Opportunity for progressive salary increases At **CREATIVOS ILIMITADOS S.A.C.**, a company specialized in manual finishing services, we seek proactive, responsible, and eager-to-learn talent to join our **Human Talent Management (HTM) team**. **Requirements:** * Student pursuing a technical or university degree in Human Resources, Administration, or related fields. * On-site work in Cercado de Lima. * Positive attitude, organizational skills, and willingness to learn. * Interest in the Human Resources field and personnel management. **Responsibilities:** * Support in employee management and documentation. * Drafting and distribution of internal communications. * Coordination of onboarding inductions and support in onboarding processes. * Updating personnel records and administrative control. * Support in recruitment and selection processes. * Issuance and management of certificates, employment contracts, and labor documentation. **Benefits:** * Continuous training in human talent management. * **Base salary: S/800**, with potential for **progressive increases** upon assuming greater responsibilities. * Biweekly and end-of-month payments via BCP. * Positive work environment and ongoing mentoring. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. **Work Location:** Cercado de Lima Position Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.800.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
