Use of digital recruitment tools and labor legislation management **A) Academic Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related fields. **B) Experience:** * Minimum of 5 years of experience in the same position or similar functions. * Proven experience in Talent Management, Payroll (Payroll Processing), and Labor Relations. * Experience in implementing HR subsystems (Performance Evaluation, Workplace Climate, and Training). **C) Specific Knowledge:** * Advanced knowledge of current labor legislation. * Proficiency in digital recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate/Advanced Excel for reports and metrics).
