Position Summary: We are seeking an Information Analyst to control and monitor documentary, operational, and fleet maintenance information, as well as performance indicator tracking. Support in maintenance management and area documentation At Lonccos y Ccalas S.A.C., we are looking for top talent for the position of INFORMATION ANALYST. Responsibilities: Monitor and track documentary, operational, and maintenance information for T2 units and forklifts; and manage performance and consumption indicators across the company. Functions: 1\. Monitor and prepare daily and monthly reports on cabin cleaning and T2 unit washing. 2\. Monitor compliance with Pre-Use Checklists for T2 trucks and forklifts, and report identified failures. 3\. Conduct daily monitoring of forklift performance and usage. 4\. Receive and manage GLP cylinder supply. 5\. Prepare monthly water and electricity consumption reports. 6\. Review fuel consumption vouchers and cross-check data against the platform, verifying fuel prices and quantities supplied. 7\. Prepare biweekly fuel efficiency reports for delivery units. 8\. Schedule weekly preventive maintenance for T2 units and forklifts based on average unit mileage, and monitor adherence to maintenance schedules. 9\. Monitor and send alerts regarding upcoming expiration dates for T2 unit documentation. 10\. Support tracking and control of work order records. 11\. Maintain up-to-date area documentation related to implemented management systems (inspection records, procedures, manuals). 12\. Provide daily general support to the maintenance department and perform other related duties assigned by the direct supervisor.
