Job Summary: Design, structure, and implement operational and administrative processes integrated with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) to ensure safe, efficient, and standardized operations. Key Highlights: 1. Design, analysis, and optimization of operational and administrative processes. 2. Development of the Organization and Functions Manual (MOF) and procedures. 3. Proposal of continuous improvement and process innovation. **JOB OBJECTIVES:** To design, structure, and implement operational and administrative processes at INGSERGEL S.A.C., integrating Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) criteria, thereby ensuring safe, efficient, and standardized operations in compliance with current regulations, through the development of manuals, procedures, and management tools that optimize productivity and prevent occupational hazards. **REQUIREMENTS** **Bachelor's degree or higher in:** * **Industrial Engineering** * **Mechatronics Engineering** * **Process Engineering** * **Hydraulic Engineering or related fields** EXPERIENCE: * **3 years implementing processes** * **Quality management systems** * **Development of MOF and procedures** KNOWLEDGE: * **Process management** * **Continuous improvement** * **Quality management system** * **AutoCAD** * **Technical and operational regulations.** FUNCTIONS: * Diagnose the current state of the company's processes. * Design, analyze, and optimize operational and administrative processes. * **Develop:** * Organization and Functions Manual (MOF) * Internal procedures * Flowcharts * Control forms * Plan and improve workflow for greater efficiency. * Coordinate with departments as per the organizational chart. * Implement performance indicators (KPIs). * Propose continuous improvement and process innovation. * Train staff on implemented processes. * Monitor process performance and propose adjustments.
