Summary: This role involves supporting sales proposals, managing customer orders, and maintaining service levels while adhering to company values and continuous training. Highlights: 1. Support sales proposals and manage customer order processes. 2. Maintain service levels and uphold company ethical principles. 3. Participate in mandatory training and pursue product certifications. **IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE** * Be able to perform basic sizing and basic selection in Tier0,1 proposal. * Provide backup and support for other ISEs and team members to maintain service levels considering tasks as: + Prepare BOM of Agreements + Support our Representatives Channels with delivery times information + Prepare documentation to support the customer´s proposals requirements. * Keeps record of the incoming quotations and orders in CRM following the Proposals Guidelines * Provide the technical and commercial review for the Order Management process maintaining the KPIs. Include inventory validations. * Be prepared to work in closing dates scheduled by company and follow the organization arranged by Customer Care department. * Maintain individual performance levels and ensure KPIs stay aligned with targets * Participate in all mandatory training provided by the company, such as those related to Trade Compliance and all training related to compliance with legal regulations and / or Corporate Policies and may also be the mentor/guide of these issues if it is required. * Must follow the ethical principles, vision, mission and be aligned with the values defined by the top management of the company. * Obtains the certification in products selling skills and applications knowledge that might be requested periodically by the division. **WHY EMERSON** **Our Commitment to Our People** At Emerson, we are motivated by a spirit of collaboration that helps our diverse, multicultural teams across the world drive innovation that makes the world healthier, safer, smarter, and more sustainable.
