Job Summary: Puku Puku is seeking an Internal Control and Operational Cost Analyst to ensure inventory control, purchase traceability, and operational cost management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Management and updating of master data for inputs and prices At **Puku Puku**, we are looking to incorporate an **Internal Control and Operational Cost Analyst** into our team, responsible for ensuring inventory control, purchase traceability, and proper management of operational costs across our stores and warehouse. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control, shrinkage, or operational cost management within restaurants, cafeterias, or the food service industry. * Knowledge of food cost, inventory management, P\&L, budgeting, and Inforest or similar systems. * Advanced Excel proficiency. Power BI, accounting ERP systems, and cost accounting skills are desirable. * Analytical, organized, detail-oriented profile with strong control and auditing capabilities. **Responsibilities** * Manage and maintain up-to-date master data for inputs, recipes, and prices in the system. * Supervise the recording and traceability of purchases, inventories, and operational movements. * Conduct field audits to verify portion sizes, serving standards, shrinkage, and process compliance. * Analyze food cost, inventory, and consumption variances, proposing corrective actions. * Perform unannounced inventory counts and monitor efficient input usage. * Prepare cost, margin, and variance reports for financial closing and decision-making. * Propose improvements and automation of control and management processes. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **SALARY:** Base salary: S/ 1,500 RC: S/ 1,000 Hourly wage: S/.1,130\.00 \- S/.2,500\.00 per hour Work location: On-site employment
