Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager from the mining sector to join our team, leading the comprehensive management of multidisciplinary expansion and modernization projects. Key Highlights: 1. Lead expansion and modernization projects of concentrator plants. 2. Comprehensive management of mining projects. 3. Experience across all phases of multidisciplinary projects. We are looking for a **PROJECT MANAGER** with mining experience to join our team. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree holder and licensed (registered) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum **5 years of experience in mining projects** (mandatory). * Experience in comprehensive management of expansion, optimization, and modernization projects of concentrator plants. * Experience in planning, directing, controlling, and executing multidisciplinary projects. * Experience in engineering, procurement, construction, installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up phases. * Preferred: Specialized studies or diplomas in project management, project leadership, project planning and control, or related fields. **TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:** * **MS Project** * **AutoCAD** * **Inventor** * **Tekla Structures** * **Navisworks** * **SAP2000** * Project planning and control. * Development and monitoring of construction schedules. * Cost, resource, progress, and productivity management. * Multidisciplinary coordination and contractor management. **ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS:** * Availability to work under a **14x7** schedule. * Immediate availability. * Experience in mining units and concentrator plants.
