Litigator with personality and mental resilience LEGAL PROCEDURAL CALL: JUNIOR ATTORNEY WANTED We seek a legal professional (recent graduate or junior attorney) residing in Piura or Sullana to join the defense team in a highly complex corporate criminal case (Aggravated Fraud and Money Laundering) pending in Lima. QUALIFIED REQUIREMENTS: Mental resilience: We seek someone with strong character, excellent oratory skills, and high resistance to procedural pressure. We do not seek a passive profile, but rather an assertive litigator. Solid technical knowledge: Strict mastery of the Penal Code, the Criminal Procedure Code, and criminal\-corporate jurisprudence. Execution capability: The case already has a strategic framework and a fully structured defense plan developed by the family leadership. We seek a professional with an active SINOE registry (or willingness to activate it) who will act as our legal representatives within the system: validating arguments, signing submissions, and supporting them during virtual hearings. CASE STATUS (BROAD OUTLINE): A Formal Inhibition Due to Territorial Incompetence has been issued by the originating prosecutor's office. We have insurmountable procedural flaws causing absolute nullity in the notification stages. The root of the conflict stems solely from a commercial discrepancy and mutual loan agreements within the corporate sphere, which excludes the existence of criminal intent. ECONOMIC COMPENSATION: Due to the current economic restructuring situation, professional fees will be paid via transfer of a plot of land for sale. Alternatively, payment will be made through the formal and legal notarial transfer of shares and rights pertaining to that plot of land for sale, allocating the proportionate share corresponding exactly to the agreed-upon fee amount.
