Collaboration with mining, processing plant, and planning teams At Manpower Peru, we seek top talent for the position of **Junior Mine Geologist** in the mining sector — your opportunity for a better future is here! **REQUIREMENTS:** * Licensed and registered professional in Geological Engineering. * Minimum 3 years of experience in mining operations. * Experience in Ore Control (ore grade and mineral quality control). * Knowledge of sampling methods (channel sampling, blasthole sampling). * Experience in dilution control and mineral classification. * Proficiency in geological modeling and resource estimation. * Familiarity with geological software (e.g., Leapfrog or similar). * Experience managing geological databases. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise geological sampling at the mine (underground and/or open-pit). * Execute ore grade and mineral quality control (Ore Control). * Coordinate with operations regarding mineral destination and dilution control. * Ensure blending compliance according to processing plant requirements. * Validate the quality of geological data for resource estimation. * Monitor production plan compliance from a geological perspective. * Collaborate closely with mining, processing plant, and planning teams.
