Our **VAS** team is seeking a **Junior Mechanical Technician** to join Inchcape **Peru**. The purpose of this role is to execute maintenance, repair, recall, or warranty services for vehicles entering the workshop. **What You’ll Do** * Perform preventive vehicle maintenance according to the brand’s technical manual. * Inspect vehicles to transparently and promptly communicate findings to the owner. * Provide appropriate documentation to support warranty and recall management with the importer. * Meet workshop productivity and efficiency targets. * Conduct requested diagnostics and propose solutions based on the brand’s established diagnostic tree. * Perform daily inspections of assigned lifts. * Complete training courses defined by the brand and by Inchcape. * Clean assigned tools and equipment. * Prepare pre\-technical reports. * Participate in safety talks and HSE-mandated courses. **About You** To succeed in this role, you will have: * Completed technical education in Automotive Mechanics or related fields. * 1–3 years of experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance and vehicle scanning, preferably in multi-brand workshops. * Basic knowledge of automotive electricity. * Proficiency in Office applications and other digital tools at the user level. * Valid A1 driver’s license. **Start Your Journey** Join our team and become part of a world-leading automotive company that is **transforming tomorrow, together.** We are committed to developing internal talent; therefore, if you are interested in this position but do not meet all the requirements, we encourage you to apply—you may be the ideal candidate.
