




Job Summary: Junior Engineer for monitoring and controlling activities in mining operations, providing operational support and preparing reports. Key Highlights: 1. Profile Requirements To participate in this selection process, you must meet the following requirements: **Academic Qualification:** Bachelor's degree and/or professional title (preferred) in Mining Engineering, Geology, or related fields. **Specialization:** Diploma or Master’s degree in Geotechnics. **General Experience:** Minimum 5 years of professional experience working exclusively in mining operations. **Exclusive Technical Knowledge:** Experience in mining operations, drilling and blasting (Drill \& Blast), and geotechnics. Advanced proficiency in geotechnical software and mastery of JKSimblast. Experience with instrumentation using Instantel seismographs and their respective application software. **Driver’s License:** Valid driver’s license with more than 3 years of validity is mandatory. Availability to work under a 10x10 regime. ️ Functions and Responsibilities As a Junior Engineer, you will play a key role in monitoring and controlling field activities. Your main responsibilities will be: **Operational Support:** Provide direct and continuous support to construction and health, safety, and environment (HSE) supervisors during activities conducted in the mining pits. **Reporting and Consolidation:** Responsible for data collection and consolidation of operational reports and management indicators (daily, weekly, and monthly). **Control and Tracking:** Conduct strict tracking of area commitments and ensure adherence to the established work schedule.
