Inspect work utensils to ensure proper execution of assigned kitchen operations. Assist in preparing special dishes, dietary meals, and buffets as scheduled. Knowledge of Creole and seafood cuisine Prepare required supplies for food preparation during operations Promote teamwork and maintain preventive behavior Strong communication skills at all levels; dynamic and responsible.
