Job Summary: We are seeking a Lawyer (m/f) with experience in civil litigation to develop legal defense strategies, draft contracts, monitor proceedings, and prepare judicial documents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Establish legal defense strategies for judicial proceedings and draft contracts 2. Monitor and advance civil, judicial, and administrative proceedings 3. Law degree and active bar membership with three years of experience Bienes Raíces Santa Clara S.A.C. Lawyer (m/f) with litigation experience, specifically civil litigation, for the company's legal department. Responsibilities · Develop legal defense strategies for judicial proceedings; draft and review contracts; file motions at courts; prepare judicial pleadings, notarial letters, and other documents. · Monitor and advance civil, judicial, and administrative proceedings. · Review judicial case files to assess their current status and take appropriate actions to move them forward, if necessary. · Draft pleadings, letters, official communications, or any other type of document. · Draft contracts. Candidate Profile · Bachelor’s degree in Law. · Active bar membership. · Minimum of three (03\) years of work experience in the private sector \- MANDATORY. · Familiarity with Judicial Branch platforms (SINOE, SERJUS, Judicial Case File Search, MAU, CEJ, REMAJU, and other platforms). · Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
