Job Summary: The Loading Assistant supports the driver in safely picking up products, ensuring attention to detail, customer service, and punctuality. Key Highlights: 1. Friendly interaction with customers. **Job Summary** The Loading Assistant is responsible for assisting the primary driver in efficiently and safely picking up products or goods from customers within the assigned area. This role requires high energy, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to customer service and punctuality. **Responsibilities** * **Loading and Unloading Assistance:** Help the driver load goods onto the pickup vehicle at the start of the shift and unload them at customers' delivery points. * **Order Verification:** Ensure that the goods loaded and delivered match shipping documents (invoices, delivery notes, etc.). * **Navigation Support:** Assist the driver with route planning and navigation to optimize delivery times. * **Vehicle Maintenance (Basic):** Keep the vehicle's loading area clean and organized. Report any anomalies or damage to goods or the vehicle. * **Customer Service:** Interact with customers in a friendly and courteous manner, answering basic questions or directing concerns to the driver. **Requirements** **Education:** Completed secondary education. **Experience** No prior experience in delivery and/or loading is required, although it is preferred. **Skills** Ability to follow instructions. Ability to work in a team. Excellent physical condition for lifting and moving heavy packages. **Competencies** Punctuality, responsibility, and customer orientation. Working Conditions: * **Schedule:** Full-time, with possible overtime requirements depending on pickup volume. * **Environment:** Physically demanding work involving lifting heavy objects and standing or moving for extended periods. * **Location:** Primarily on the road, assisting in the pickup and delivery vehicle.
