Requirements: * Technical or university degree (graduated or bachelor’s) in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Preferred knowledge of customer service strategies and complementary or role-specific courses. * Preferred experience with ERP and/or WMS systems. * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics operations * Persons with disabilities may apply: YES Responsibilities: * Receive, process, coordinate, and monitor client requirements. * Ensure compliance with the agreed service level. * Execute processing of inbound and outbound information. * Assign picking tasks to operators and/or machine operators. * Enter and upload information to the B2B portal. * Prepare internal and external reports (for clients). * Record data in service settlement reports (billing). * Register and manage monthly KPIs for clients. * Control documents generated for assigned accounts. * Support performance evaluations of personnel under supervision. * Maintain order and cleanliness in your work area, properly segregate waste, and use company resources appropriately. * Comply with Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, and Environmental standards; Social Responsibility SGCS BASC standards for prevention of illicit acts; and Good Storage Practices, as well as other standards established by the company. * Report suspicious activities related to operations and/or clients to your immediate supervisor / BASC Committee. * Other duties related to the position and/or assigned by your immediate supervisor.
