Within our organization, we promote and respect gender equality, inclusion, and diversity.** Due to expansion, we are looking for a **Logistics Coordinator**, committed and proactive, who wishes to join our team. **Requirements:** * Technician or graduate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of electronic waybills and/or electronic payment vouchers. * Experience in planning and coordinating delivery or installation routes. * Knowledge of field logistics and installations (desirable for construction projects or services). * Proficiency in managing purchase orders and tracking deliveries. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Intermediate-level Office skills (Excel, Word). * Familiarity with logistics management software is desirable. * Availability for full-time employment. * Residence in Puente Piedra or nearby areas. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare waybills and payment vouchers. * Coordinate and organize daily routes for product dispatch and installations. * Track, update, and coordinate orders. * Coordinate with the installation team regarding timelines, resources, and required materials. * Support scheduling and tracking of purchase orders and deliveries. * Monitor and verify inventory levels of installation materials. * Track suppliers and carriers. * Maintain organized and up-to-date logistics documentation. * Support internal logistics process improvements. * Perform other duties related to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **We Offer:** * Fixed salary. * Timely payments. * Positive work environment. * Job stability and professional growth opportunities. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday: 8:30 am \- 6:00 pm * Saturday: 8:30 am \- 1:00 pm * Employment type: Full-time * Availability to work within the specified schedule. **Please send your CV to:** recuersoshumanos@tecnograssperu.com Salary: Starting from S/.1,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
