MAINTENANCE / CLEANING OPERATOR

Job Summary: We are seeking organized and responsible cleaning staff for general facility maintenance, including common areas and offices. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for store, office, and operational area maintenance. 2. Various cleaning and disinfection tasks for spaces. 3. Assistance in basic machinery and equipment maintenance. **WE ARE LOOKING FOR CLEANING STAFF AVAILABLE TO WORK IN THE CALLAO AREA (AV. COLONIAL).** **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Minimum 6 months of verified experience in related activities.** * **Completed secondary education is not mandatory.** * **Organized, responsible individual with manual and visual dexterity and skills.** * **Availability to work fixed hours Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Saturday midday.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Responsible for maintaining the company's store, offices, and operational areas. * Responsible for custody and replenishment of cleaning materials and supplies. * Responsible for compliance with SIG regulations. * **Floor maintenance\-cleaning: performing tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and wiping.** * Furniture maintenance\-cleaning: degreasing and dusting each part of furniture. * Glass maintenance\-cleaning: removing dust, dirt, and rainwater droplets. * Disinfection of common areas, dining room, restrooms, and transit zones. * Waxing of stairs. * Emptying trash bins: always carrying out appropriate recycling procedures. * Replenishment of supplies: items required for the workplace, e.g., toilet paper, liquid soap. * Disposal of solid waste via municipal garbage truck. * Support maintenance of relevant machinery and equipment (basic painting, basic plumbing, machine cleaning and lubrication). * Completion of maintenance activity records. **Benefits:** * Salary S/ 1350\. * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. * Uniforms and safety equipment. * Positive work environment. **Interested candidates who meet the requirements should send their documented CV to segethmed@gmail.com / SUBJECT: CLEANING OPERATOR.** Salary: Starting from S/.1,350\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
