MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Description

Position Summary: A professional responsible for the comprehensive management of equipment and fleet maintenance, supervising operations and personnel, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages and supervises equipment and fleet maintenance plans. 2. Coordinates third-party services and spare parts supply. 3. Leads and trains staff on safety and operations. \- Work schedule: 21 days on, 7 days off. \- On-site work in Supe. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Efficiently manage, plan, coordinate, and supervise the general equipment maintenance plan. * Responsible for calibration control and maintenance of area equipment. * Monitor process performance indicators and submit monthly reports. * Responsible for managing warranties for units within agreed warranty periods. * Coordinate contracting of specialized third-party services that cannot be performed by workshop staff. * Coordinate with the logistics department for spare parts supply. * Coordinate the work plan with intervention from the Operations Manager. * Receive work orders and prioritize them; additionally, address operational suggestions and complaints. * Secure company vehicles in identified high-theft-risk zones. * Report losses and deterioration of maintenance workshop items. * Coordinate mechanical assistance for vehicles en route. * Conduct daily safety talks for direct-report staff. * Attend organization-scheduled training sessions. * Participate in inspections and certification audits scheduled by the Company and/or requested by clients. * Organize, coordinate, delegate, and plan maintenance management across our branches and/or outside them (equipment at mining sites). * Comply with and enforce guidelines outlined in the Internal Work Regulations and the Internal Occupational Safety and Health Regulations. **CANDIDATE PROFILE:** \- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. \- Experience in fleet management and administration. ***\- 1 year of experience in similar managerial positions within the transportation sector.*** Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Starting from S/.4,800\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Are you currently unemployed?
