On this occasion, for a temporary project, we are currently seeking a* **Mechanical Supervisor** *for a mining shutdown in Arequipa*, who meets the following profile:* **Main Responsibilities:** * **Schedule Management:** Ensure strict adherence to work windows (April 7\-10 and 11\-14). * **Operational Leadership:** Direct and supervise mechanical crews, assigning tasks according to specialization to optimize efficiency. * **Field Logistics:** Ensure timely availability of tools, spare parts, and supplies to eliminate downtime. * **Quality Assurance (QA/QC):** Supervise critical installations and adjustments per manufacturer specifications and client standards. * **Interface Management:** Serve as the direct liaison with Cerro Verde supervision for progress reporting and resolution of observations. **Requirements:** * **Mandatory:** Valid certification and authorization for **Cerro Verde**. * Valid medical certificate of mining fitness (Annex 16\). * Updated mining safety training courses.
