**Job Objective** Plan, organize, direct, and control the mining unit’s operations across production, ventilation, ground support, and auxiliary services, ensuring compliance with established safety, volume, cost, and quality objectives under technical and regulatory standards. **Requirements** * Professional in Mining Engineering, duly graduated, registered with the professional association, and licensed to practice. * Experience: 2 to 3 years. * Knowledge of equipment and tools: Trackless (scoops, jumbos), conventional (winches), mine ventilation principles, active and passive ground support. * Software proficiency: MS Office (intermediate level), AutoCAD, mining planning software (desirable). * Solid knowledge of safety-related topics. * **Availability to work on a 20-days-on/10-days-off schedule** in Casma. **Responsibilities** * Plan and supervise execution of underground mining activities (trackless and conventional). * Coordinate daily mine operations with geology, planning, maintenance, and SSOMA departments. * Ensure compliance with production, ground support, and development programs. * Manage efficient utilization of assigned human, material, and equipment resources. * Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and internal procedural standards. **Competencies:** Leadership, decision-making, and critical analysis Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1.00 – S/.2.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
