Requirements * Completed secondary education or incomplete/completed technical studies. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Field Officer, Notifier, Domiciliary Verifier, Messenger, Courier, or similar roles. * Preferred experience in law firms, collection agencies, financial institutions, or service companies. * Own motorcycle in good condition. * Valid driver's license. * Valid SOAT insurance and up-to-date motorcycle documentation. * Knowledge of routes in Metropolitan Lima and proficiency with navigation apps (Google Maps, Waze). * Basic familiarity with mobile applications and digital tools for activity logging. * Full availability to work on-site. Responsibilities * Visit addresses declared by debtors to verify their actual location. * Confirm whether the debtor resides at the visited address. * Record verification evidence (photos, coordinates, observations). * Deliver notarial letters, payment demands, pre-litigation communications, visit reports, or other documents. * Obtain proof of receipt (debtor’s or family member’s signature) where possible. * Report findings that may support the law firm’s judicial strategy (e.g., signs of evasive behavior, new contact data, references, etc.). * Invite the debtor to contact the legal team. Desirable Knowledge * Proficiency with Google Maps or Waze. * Experience using mobile logging applications. * Basic knowledge of addresses and zoning in Metropolitan Lima (North Zone). * Familiarity with notification or portfolio recovery processes (not mandatory). **Important:** This position **does not involve negotiations or collections**. Its function is to **locate debtors, deliver documentation, collect information, and refer contacts to the negotiation team**, serving as operational support within the recovery process.
