Job Summary: We are seeking proactive and organized personnel to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks across various areas, following safety protocols and collaborating as part of a team. Therefore, we are looking for personnel who can work on-site in the district of Surco. **Requirements:** * Technical or incomplete university studies * Prior experience in cleaning and maintenance tasks in similar environments (desirable). * Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and products. * Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures. * Ability to work in a team and maintain high cleaning standards. * Attention to detail and ability to meet established deadlines. * Availability to work during specified hours **Profile:** * Proactive and organized * Honest **Willing to work under pressure and with a strong sense of responsibility.** * Excellent communication skills. * Adaptable and capable of rapid learning. * Punctual and responsible. **Responsibilities** * Perform cleaning and disinfection tasks in various areas, including common areas and/or production zones. * Properly handle and use cleaning equipment and products according to established procedures. * Carry out basic maintenance tasks, such as changing trash bags, restocking supplies, and reporting minor malfunctions. * Follow safety protocols and hygiene regulations at all times. * Collaborate with the team to maintain consistent cleaning and quality standards. * Notify the supervisor of any situation requiring additional attention or improvements to cleaning procedures. * Manage responsibilities in accordance with company manuals * And other duties.
