We are experiencing continuous growth and seek an **Operational Supervisor (**Hudbay Mine**)** who wishes to develop professionally and actively contribute to the operation of water treatment filtration equipment. Responsibilities: * Supervise daily operations at the mining unit, coordinating assigned personnel and ensuring efficient and safe execution of work plans. * Lead and manage mining work teams, optimizing the use of resources, machinery, and materials, and implementing operational procedures that guarantee productivity and compliance with safety standards. * Actively participate in plant shutdowns, special projects, and assigned activities across various mining operations. * Conduct field inspections of equipment and machinery used in the mine, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance and promptly reporting any deviations that could affect operational continuity. * Implement and execute continuous improvement strategies in mining processes, aimed at increasing productivity, optimizing resources, and ensuring operational sustainability. * Maintain up-to-date operational and control documentation, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, corporate policies, and applicable regulatory requirements for the mining sector. * Other duties inherent to the position.
