Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Assistant to organize maintenance activities, support service scheduling, manage maintenance plans, and provide administrative support. Key Highlights: 1. Essential administrative support for the Operations department At **SERVICIOS ESPECIALIZADOS PRIMAVERA S.A.C.**, a company specialized in personnel transportation for the construction and mining sectors, as well as equipment and 4x4 pickup truck rentals, we are looking for top talent to join our team as: **OPERATIONS ASSISTANT – TUMBES** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Organize and record maintenance activities in the system. * Support scheduling of drivers and vehicles for service delivery. * Manage the maintenance plan for operational equipment and coordinate with suppliers. * Conduct SST talks and monitor operators and drivers. * Manage and organize emails for clients. * Provide administrative support to the Operations department. * Maintain control over operational records and documentation. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Automotive Mechanical Engineering. * Basic knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health (SST). * Minimum certified experience of 6 months to 1 year in similar roles. * Technical knowledge of automotive mechanics (desirable). * Valid A1 driver’s license and clean driving record. * Experience driving a Hilux 4x4 pickup on highways (mandatory). * Intermediate Excel skills (mandatory). **WE OFFER:** * Competitive salary * Formal employment registration * Bi-weekly and timely payments * Excellent work environment **Work Modality:** On-site **Position Type:** Full-time Salary: S/.1,200\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
