Manage the fleet and comply with quality and safety standards **BIO TRANSPORTES PERÚ E.I.R.L.**, a company specialized in personnel transportation, is seeking an **Operations Manager** to comprehensively lead our operations, ensuring service continuity, operational efficiency, proper fleet administration, and compliance with quality, safety, and customer service standards. Responsibilities * Plan, direct, and control daily personnel transportation operations. * Lead and supervise the Operations Supervisor and operational staff. * Design, implement, and optimize operational processes to improve productivity and service quality. * Coordinate vehicle and driver scheduling, ensuring operational continuity. * Manage and supervise preventive and corrective fleet maintenance, guaranteeing operational availability. * Anticipate operational risks and incidents, promptly implementing preventive and corrective actions. * Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure fulfillment of contracted services and address operational requirements. * Supervise compliance with internal procedures, safety regulations, and service standards. * Develop management indicators (KPIs), analyze results, and propose continuous improvement plans. * Coordinate with Administration, Human Resources, and Maintenance departments to ensure smooth operational functioning. * Present periodic reports to Management on operational performance and improvement opportunities. Requirements * University graduate or technical professional in **Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation Engineering, or related fields**. * Minimum of 2 **years** of experience in transportation operations, logistics, or fleet management, including experience leading teams and coordinating operations. * Experience in operational planning, fleet administration, and personnel coordination. * Knowledge of management indicators (KPIs), continuous improvement, and operational control. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Familiarity with Peruvian regulations applicable to personnel transportation and road safety is desirable. * Driver's license Category A\-I (desirable).
