Our client**, JexLabs,** a healthcare-sector company, is seeking talent to join its staff: **Operations Supervisor.** **Objective:** Ensure delivery efficiency and punctuality by leading the delivery team and optimizing logistics processes to guarantee customer satisfaction. **Requirements:** \- Minimum 1 year of experience in operations and/or logistics (preferably last-mile). \- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Workspace. \- Strong organizational and leadership skills. \- Experience in startups or e\-commerce (desirable). **Responsibilities:** \- Implement improvements in logistics processes \- Coordinate with customer service regarding order status \- Report delivery performance indicators \- Plan and optimize delivery routes \- Supervise motorcycle and delivery personnel \- Monitor timely and accurate deliveries \- Manage incidents or delivery delays \- Verify that motorcycle personnel comply with protocols and minimum requirements **Benefits:** \- MYPE payroll from the first day of employment. \- Productivity bonus. \- Positive work environment.
