Growth opportunities within an expanding company We are **OmniGo** We are seeking an **Operations Supervisor** to lead and optimize our last-mile operations. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily delivery operations and route assignments. * Manage, train, and monitor the motorcycle courier fleet. * Monitor dispatches, deliveries, attendance, and incidents. * Implement and improve operational processes (SOPs). * Track KPIs and generate reports. * Optimize pickup and distribution logistics. * Report directly to General Management. **Requirements:** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * Experience in operations, transportation, distribution, or delivery. * Experience managing motorcycle couriers or third-party personnel (preferred). * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. * Leadership ability and problem-solving skills. * Availability for full-time work and early morning shifts. * Familiarity with Lima’s districts and personal transportation (preferred). * Power BI, WMS, or similar tools (preferred). **We Offer:** * Competitive salary + transportation allowance. * Autonomy and direct participation in decision-making. * Growth opportunities within an expanding company. * Immediate hiring.
