Job Summary: Supervise safety, health, and environmental aspects in construction projects, ensuring compliance and risk management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support hazard identification and risk assessment. 2. Conduct daily safety inspections and verify proper use of PPE. 3. Monitor and support compliance with the annual OSH program. **1) REQUIREMENTS:** ***a) Education*** * Graduate and/or licensed professional in Occupational Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. ***b) Training*** * Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health – Mandatory. * Specialization in Occupational Safety and Health – Preferred. * Public Procurement Law and its Regulations – Preferred. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) – Intermediate level. * First Aid courses – Preferred. * Ergonomics courses – Preferred. * High-risk work and other related courses – Preferred. ***c) Experience*** * 01 year in this position – Mandatory. * 01 year in building construction projects – Mandatory. **2) RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct induction to the project’s OSH management system. * Support hazard identification. * Support assessment of occupational accident risks. * Deliver safety, health, and environmental awareness talks. * Conduct daily inspections verifying correct uniform and PPE usage. * Monitor and support compliance with the annual OSH program. * Support development of the IPERC matrix. * Support supervision of equipment quality used on site, ensuring proper storage and usage control. * Develop and update the risk map. * Support administrative procedures for complementary occupational risk insurance, ensuring coverage for occupational accidents and occupational diseases, as well as accident insurance policies, in accordance with current labor legislation; verify compliance and validity. * Support statistical tracking and recording of incidents and occupational accidents, reporting them to authorities per applicable regulations and procedures. * Identify and report observed environmental aspects arising during work activities, implementing appropriate preventive measures to minimize impacts. * Report all potential or actual situations arising from organizational activities. * Other duties assigned by immediate supervisor. **3) COMPETENCIES** * Communication skills * Organization and delegation * Leadership * Crisis and stress management * Proactivity * Ability to learn quickly **4) CONDITIONS** * Work location: HUAURA – HUACHO * Schedule: Monday to Saturday.
