Job Summary: We are seeking a committed paint production operator for the manufacturing of padlocks and locks, performing painting and packaging processes. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for an experienced, committed, and responsible **paint production operator** to join our production team at our plant located two blocks from the Santa Anita Bridge. ✅ What do we need from you? * Minimum 3 months’ experience working in areas involving water and paint * Completed secondary education (mandatory) * Availability to perform physically demanding tasks and tasks involving contact with water * Full availability to work Monday through Saturday on rotating shifts (Morning\- Night), 8-hour shifts with a 45-minute break * Residence in Santa Anita, San Luis, Ate Vitarte, or nearby areas (preferred) ✅ How will you achieve this? * You will paint lock components, boxes, and other parts using a spray gun and oven * You will wash parts and place them in the oven at 90° for 10 minutes to clean them * You will paint parts using the spray gun * Then, you will bake them for 12 minutes and let them rest for 5 minutes * Finally, you will package the painted parts and deliver them to the Assembly area after inspection ✅ What do we offer at Forte? * Immediate payroll registration with all statutory benefits at 100% (bonuses, CTS, family allowance) * Health Insurance: 50% EPS coverage or 100% EsSalud coverage * Night shift bonus * Food allowance * Annual profit-sharing (subject to production performance) * Timely biweekly and end-of-month payments * Overtime pay according to plant requirements * Safety protection (PPE) * Free SENATI training * Growth opportunities * Discounts on Forte products * Participation in festive activities such as Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, Labor Day, Christmas, etc. Workplace: Metal-mechanical plant located two blocks from the Santa Anita Bridge.
