Opportunities for learning and professional development Brand No specific Brand City Lima Work area Supply Chain Job type Permanent **The Opportunity** ------------------ Peru Demand Planning Manager **Your Challenges** ------------- Lead and ensure an integrated demand planning process, with the primary objective of forecasting as accurately as possible the products sold by the subsidiary, aligned with go-to-market (GTM) functions to support the subsidiary’s decision-making. * Define objectives and priorities; provide continuous feedback. * Use statistical forecasting tools to build the baseline (forecast for regular products). * Periodically coordinate with Marketing, Commercial, and Retail (GTM) teams. * Collaborate with GTM on the subsidiary’s budget. * Lead the S\&OP presentation before the committee. * Analyze and agree with GTM on launch and promotion volumes. **We’d Love to Meet You If You Have** -------------------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Statistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * 5 years of experience in similar roles. * Experience in Supply Planning and Demand Planning. * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. * Advanced technical knowledge of Excel; intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint. * Technical knowledge of SAP, IBP, and Power BI. * Knowledge of estimation, forecasting, supply, and Sales \& Operations Planning (S\&OP). * Competencies: Team leadership, strong analytical and data-handling skills, end-to-end business vision, influence and communication with stakeholders, analytical and critical thinking, adaptability to change, proactivity, sense of urgency, results orientation, time management, and organizational skills. **What We Offer You** --------------------------------- * An entrepreneurial, creative, and welcoming work culture * Opportunities for learning and development * An international company offering numerous opportunities for professional growth * A competitive compensation and benefits package Puig is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, ethnicity, age, disability, marital status, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
